State Street Global Advisors Funds Distributors, LLC (Japan) Co. Ltd. is the marketing agent of SPDR^® Gold Shares, and is an affiliate of State Street Global Advisors.

Sponsor

World Gold Trust Services, LLC, ("WGTS") is the Sponsor of the Trust. WGTS is a Delaware limited liability company wholly-owned by the World Gold Council ("WGC"). Under the Delaware limited liability law and the governing documents of the Sponsor, the WGC, the sole member of the Sponsor, is not responsible for the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Sponsor solely by reason of being the sole member of the Sponsor.

Trustee

BNY Mellon Asset Servicing operates as the Trustee, and is generally responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Trust, including keeping the Trust's operational records.

Gold Custodians

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and HSBC Bank plc are custodians of the Trust’s gold and are each market makers, clearers and approved weighers under the rules of the London Bullion Market Association.
